2. Other terms that may apply
These Website Terms of Use govern your general use of the House Two website.
Other terms may also apply depending on how you interact with House Two, including:

  • our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information;

  • our Cookie Policy and cookie settings;

  • the applicable Founding Membership Terms and Conditions;

  • event-specific ticket terms, refund policies or venue rules; and

  • any additional terms clearly presented before you make a booking, application or payment.

Where you apply for membership, reserve a place, purchase a ticket or make another payment, the specific terms presented to you at that time will govern that transaction.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms of Use and specific transaction terms, the specific transaction terms will take priority in relation to that transaction.

3. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
You must not:

  • use the website in any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful way;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems, accounts or data;

  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;

  • interfere with the proper operation or security of the website;

  • use automated systems to scrape, copy or extract website content without our permission;

  • impersonate another person or submit false or misleading information;

  • use information obtained through the website to harass, threaten or harm another person; or

  • use the House Two name, website or content in a way that falsely suggests an association, endorsement or partnership with House Two.

We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect House Two, our users, our systems or third parties.

4. Information you submit
Where you submit information through a form, membership application, event registration or other part of the website, you must provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for updating us if information relevant to an application, payment, booking or delivery changes.
Submitting a membership application, enquiry or form does not guarantee acceptance, membership, event admission, availability or any particular outcome unless House Two expressly confirms otherwise.
Information you submit will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Membership, events and payments
Information on this website about memberships, events, prices, benefits and availability is subject to the specific terms presented when you apply, book or pay.
A membership application does not guarantee acceptance.
An event listing does not guarantee admission unless you hold a valid booking or ticket and comply with any applicable entry requirements.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Additional terms and privacy information provided by those payment providers may also apply.
House Two will provide the applicable price, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and other important information before you complete a relevant transaction.

6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, House Two owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in this website and its content.
This includes, without limitation:

  • the House Two name and branding;

  • logos, designs and visual identity;

  • text and written material;

  • photographs, video and audio;

  • graphics, layouts and illustrations;

  • event concepts and promotional material; and

  • website design and content.

You may view and temporarily download website content for your own personal and non-commercial use.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from website content without House Two’s prior written permission.
You must not remove copyright, trade mark or ownership notices from any content.
Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Photographs and third-party content
Some photographs, videos, music, artwork, fonts or other materials displayed on the website may be owned or licensed by third parties.
Those materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without the relevant permission.
If you believe that content on the website infringes your rights, please contact hello@housetwo.club with details of the content and the basis of your concern.

8. Website information
We take reasonable care to keep information on the website accurate and up to date.
However, website content is provided for general information and may occasionally be incomplete, unavailable or out of date.
Event details, venues, timings, membership benefits, prices and availability may change. Where a change affects a booking, application or payment, we will deal with it in accordance with the applicable specific terms.
You should not rely on general website content as professional, financial, legal, medical or other specialist advice.

9. Website availability
We do not guarantee that the website, or any particular feature of it, will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
We may suspend, withdraw, update or restrict any part of the website for operational, security, maintenance or business reasons.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to minimise disruption.
We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, internet connection, browser, software or another service outside our reasonable control.

10. Website security
We take reasonable steps to protect the website, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be secure or free from viruses, malware or other harmful material.
You are responsible for using appropriate security software and for protecting your own devices, accounts and information.
You must not knowingly misuse the website by introducing harmful or malicious material.

11. Third-party websites and services
The website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties, including ticketing, payment, form, social media or venue providers.
These links are provided for convenience and information.
House Two does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or separate terms.
A link does not necessarily mean that House Two endorses the third party or everything available through its website.
You should review the applicable terms and privacy information before using a third-party service.

12. Linking to the House Two website
You may link to the public pages of our website in a fair and lawful way, provided that the link does not:

  • damage or take unfair advantage of House Two’s reputation;

  • falsely suggest an association, approval or endorsement;

  • misrepresent House Two or our services; or

  • appear alongside unlawful, discriminatory, abusive or misleading content.

You must not frame the website within another website or create a link from a website that you do not control.
We may ask you to remove a link where it does not comply with this section.

13. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • your statutory consumer rights.

If you are using the website as a consumer, House Two is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
House Two is not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption, where you use the website for commercial or business purposes.
Our responsibility for a membership application, event booking, ticket purchase, payment or other transaction will also be governed by the specific terms applicable to that transaction.

14. Changes to the website or these terms
We may update the website and these Website Terms of Use from time to time.
The updated version will apply from the date shown at the top of the terms.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively alter the specific contractual terms that applied to an existing membership reservation, booking or payment.
You should check this page periodically for updates.

15. If part of these terms is invalid
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay by House Two in enforcing a right does not mean that House Two has waived that right.

16. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
